RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR SPONSORS (READ BEFORE REGISTERING)

IN CONSIDERATION OF my organization/individual, being allowed to participate as a sponsor or partner in any way in the JUNIOR LEAGUE CRICKET events, tournaments, and related activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

• I understand that sponsorship may involve financial, in-kind, or promotional contributions and accept full responsibility for providing these contributions as agreed with JUNIOR LEAGUE CRICKET.
• I acknowledge that JUNIOR LEAGUE CRICKET will make reasonable efforts to provide benefits as outlined in the sponsorship package (including logo placement, booth access, media mentions, etc.), but these benefits may be subject to change due to event logistics, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• I, on behalf of my organization, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS JUNIOR LEAGUE CRICKET, its directors, officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, affiliates, and sponsors (“Releasees”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO MY SPONSORSHIP OR PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EVENTS OR ACTIVITIES THAT MAY BE CANCELED, POSTPONED, OR MODIFIED.
• I understand that participation as a sponsor does not create any employment or contractual rights beyond the agreed sponsorship package.
• I consent to the use of my organization’s logos, branding, or promotional content by JUNIOR LEAGUE CRICKET strictly for event-related marketing and communications, subject to prior approval when required.
• I acknowledge that JUNIOR LEAGUE CRICKET does not provide insurance for sponsors or their employees, and I accept responsibility for any personal or organizational risk associated with my sponsorship or on-site presence at events.

Photo/Video Authorization

I hereby give my consent for JUNIOR LEAGUE CRICKET to use any photos, videos, or other media that include my organization’s representatives or sponsorship materials for brochures, websites, social media, and other promotional materials. All media will remain the property of JUNIOR LEAGUE CRICKET unless otherwise agreed.

Agreement

By checking the box below and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am authorized to register my organization as a sponsor, and I agree to the terms, waivers, and release of liability outlined above.
